About The Position

In this role, you will lead the execution of social media programs that engage communities and amplify brand presence across multiple platforms. You will transform strategic guidance into consistent, high-quality content while fostering meaningful interactions with audiences. This position involves managing organic publishing, real-time community engagement, and platform-specific initiatives, ensuring the brand voice is authentic and impactful. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will optimize content performance, track metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach. You will be at the center of creative execution, campaign alignment, and community building in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This is ideal for someone who thrives on hands-on social media work while contributing to broader marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience managing brand social media accounts.
  • Proven ability to execute against defined social media or content strategies.
  • Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone, nuance, and platform best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with community management and real-time audience engagement.
  • Comfort navigating sensitive or regulated content with empathy and professionalism.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across organic, paid, e-commerce, and lifecycle marketing teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

  • Execute social media content across all organic channels, including scheduling, publishing, captioning, hashtags, and light asset optimization.
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement, responding to comments, DMs, and discussions while monitoring sentiment and providing feedback to internal teams.
  • Lead platform-specific initiatives such as Reddit and AMA programs, ensuring authentic participation, compliance, and performance tracking.
  • Apply brand voice consistently across all channels, supporting creator campaigns, thought leadership narratives, and relevant cultural moments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Creative, Paid, CX, Medical, and Legal to optimize content, campaigns, and reporting.
  • Test, analyze, and improve content and engagement strategies to maximize reach and impact.
