About The Position

We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator who is passionate about culture, content, and building meaningful connections online. Role Overview The Social Media Coordinator will support the planning, creation, and execution of content across Hedley & Bennett’s social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creatively driven, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, brand-focused environment. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring campaigns, products, and brand stories to life through social media.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms and social trends
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Creative eye for visuals and storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Publish and manage daily content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
  • Write engaging, on-brand copy that reflects Hedley & Bennett’s voice and values
  • Assist in creating short-form video, static posts, and stories using existing and original assets
  • Maintain a social media content calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns
  • Monitor comments and direct messages, engaging with the community in a thoughtful and timely manner
  • Track performance metrics and assist with reporting on engagement, growth, and content effectiveness
  • Support influencer partnerships and product seeding initiatives
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and events teams
