Summary of This Role We’re hiring a Social Media Manager focused on Employee Advocacy to build and lead our employee advocacy program within the Merchant Marketing team. This role is key to empowering employees to become authentic brand ambassadors—amplifying our message, driving engagement, and strengthening our corporate presence across social media. As the program owner, you’ll manage the day-to-day strategy and operations of our advocacy platform, EveryoneSocial , building workflows, creating enablement resources, strategizing and requesting content, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure the program scales successfully across regions globally . You'll sit on the social media team and partner closely with the social media brand channel strategy for integrated social media campaigns across platforms.
