What You’ll Do Assist in developing and scheduling content across social media channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and others as relevant) Draft compelling copy for social posts, stories, and short-form video scripts that align with brand voice and campaign goals Monitor social media channels daily, engage with followers, and escalate community questions or concerns appropriately Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activity to inform content strategy and identify opportunities Collaborate with the design team to create visually engaging graphics, reels, and multimedia content Track and report on social media KPIs including engagement rate, follower growth, impressions, and click-through rates Support paid social campaigns by assisting with audience targeting, ad copy, and performance monitoring Contribute to the social media content calendar and help maintain a consistent posting cadence What You’ll Learn How to develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with broader marketing objectives Content creation best practices across multiple platforms, including copywriting, visual design, and video Social media analytics and how to translate performance data into strategic recommendations Community management techniques and brand reputation monitoring The fundamentals of paid social advertising, including targeting, bidding, and A/B testing How content marketing, social media, and demand generation work together to drive business result Who You Are

Requirements

  • Currently a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Active personal presence on major social platforms with a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity about metrics and data-driven decision making
  • A creative, self-starter attitude with a passion for storytelling and brand building

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) is a plus

Responsibilities
