About The Position

Social media is one of the richest signals we have for understanding consumer behavior, culture, and brand performance. As a Social Media Insights Manager, you will play a critical role in turning that signal into clarity and action. This analytics role sits in Consumer Marketing at the center of our social media ecosystem, partnering with social marketers, creator teams, and brand stakeholders to ensure social data is measured accurately, translated into meaningful insights, and used to optimize how we show up for consumers across our brand and products. We are looking for individuals with a mastery of social media analytics, a passion for storytelling with data, and the ability to lead change by elevating how insights inform strategy and execution. We are hiring for two roles, one role will focus on creator & social intelligence, the second role will focus on organic social intelligence. This is a high impact role where your work will directly influence content strategies, creator investments, and how teams learn and improve from social performance over time. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 3+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in social media analytics, digital analytics, marketing analytics, or a closely related insights role.
  • Experience analyzing social media performance data and communicating insights to nontechnical audiences.
  • Experience with consumer social data, paid & organic, campaign reporting, audience research.
  • Mastery of social platforms, analytics, listening, or reporting tools (Sprinklr, Tubular, Pulsar, PowerBI) and KPI frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze social performance and conversation data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform optimization of content, creators, and brand storytelling.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights by developing simple, visual, and compelling narratives that guide decisionmaking for social marketers and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic recommendations that help teams understand what is working, why it’s working, and how to improve future performance.
  • Define and maintain social media measurement frameworks by ensuring data is tracked accurately, metrics are clearly defined, and social performance is measured consistently across organic, creator, and listening workstreams.
  • Partner crossfunctionally with social marketing, brand, analytics, and platform teams to continuously improve data quality, tagging, and tooling.
  • Enable insight adoption by contributing to the development of dashboards, reporting tools, AI solutions and documentation that support selfserve learning while elevating the overall analytics maturity of social teams.
