Social media is one of the richest signals we have for understanding consumer behavior, culture, and brand performance. As a Social Media Insights Manager, you will play a critical role in turning that signal into clarity and action. This analytics role sits in Consumer Marketing at the center of our social media ecosystem, partnering with social marketers, creator teams, and brand stakeholders to ensure social data is measured accurately, translated into meaningful insights, and used to optimize how we show up for consumers across our brand and products. We are looking for individuals with a mastery of social media analytics, a passion for storytelling with data, and the ability to lead change by elevating how insights inform strategy and execution. We are hiring for two roles, one role will focus on creator & social intelligence, the second role will focus on organic social intelligence. This is a high impact role where your work will directly influence content strategies, creator investments, and how teams learn and improve from social performance over time.
