About The Position

We are seeking a high-level Social Media & Growth Marketing Partner who is skilled in content creation, video production, ad strategy, and lead generation.
This is not a traditional salaried role.
This is a performance-driven opportunity for someone who is entrepreneurial and wants to maximize their income based on the results they produce.
You will play a key role in helping us grow our brands, generate leads, and increase revenue through social media, digital content, and paid advertising.

This position is for a high-level marketing partner who is confident in their ability to generate leads and revenue. Compensation is primarily based on a revenue-share model tied to results.

Elevate Healthcare Group
A fast-growing telehealth platform expanding access to mental health services nationwide. Our mission is to increase access to care while building innovate, scalable systems for healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Develop short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, ads)
• Design graphics and visual assets
• Build and manage content calendars
• Help grow brand awareness and audience engagement
• Plan and execute ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Collaborate on or build landing pages and funnels
• Generate qualified leads for counseling and telehealth services
• Optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI
• Scale campaigns that are producing results
• Identify new opportunities to generate leads and revenue
• Improve conversion rates across campaigns and funnels
• Track performance metrics and campaign results
• Continuously test and optimize content and ads
