About The Position
We are seeking a high-level Social Media & Growth Marketing Partner who is skilled in content creation, video production, ad strategy, and lead generation. This is not a traditional salaried role. This is a performance-driven opportunity for someone who is entrepreneurial and wants to maximize their income based on the results they produce. You will play a key role in helping us grow our brands, generate leads, and increase revenue through social media, digital content, and paid advertising. Important: This Is Not a Traditional Salary Role This position is for a high-level marketing partner who is confident in their ability to generate leads and revenue. Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Develop short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, ads)
- Design graphics and visual assets
- Build and manage content calendars
- Help grow brand awareness and audience engagement
- Plan and execute ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Collaborate on or build landing pages and funnels
- Generate qualified leads for counseling and telehealth services
- Optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI
- Scale campaigns that are producing results
- Identify new opportunities to generate leads and revenue
- Improve conversion rates across campaigns and funnels
- Track performance metrics and campaign results
- Continuously test and optimize content and ads
