JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for leading the day-to-day process of digital production and social media associated with Universal Kids Resort (UKR) website and multiple digital platforms (B2C, B2B and International web sites, apps, mobile web). Monitors web edits, development requests, and various teams to ensure the quality of the request is adequate to execute superior results. Represents eCommerce collaborating with various IT and Marketing teams to plan and execute processes that impact eCommerce and Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) Marketing & Sales functional teams. Supports UKR’s social media digital campaigns, analyzing and tracking performance. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviews, assigns and oversees daily website production efforts performed by the web content production team. Supervises web content production staff to execute website content and maintenance efforts as prioritized by the business. Reviews traffic website production efforts through IMC, PM/Popcorn Village and IT to ensure on-time implementation. Collaborates with Marketing teams to shift production schedules to accommodate all requests. Serves as technical liaison with IT web development staff and collaborates on work efforts related to the content management system. Manages bug reporting and task progress. Participates in weekly Owned Content meetings to communicate status and facilitate prioritization. Leads the submission and coordination of Legal and UKR-specific intellectual property approvals and the execution of all contracts, documentation, and process management. Collaborates across Marketing & Sales and with key stakeholders to support integration of social executions with online and offline programs. Translates social media workflows into actionable processes to optimize social activations. Analyzes and tracks campaign performance, making real-time recommendations and helps solidify and operationalize global KPIs and dashboards. Responsible for trafficking website production efforts through IMC, PM/Popcorn and IT to ensure on-time implementation. Manages website maintenance task list through project management software and established business and IT processes; finds efficiencies where appropriate. Oversees third-party content production resources as needed. Supports the development of content strategy and social media capabilities for all social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Twitter that drive ticket sales, hotel occupancy, new brand recognition and fan retention. Leverages UDX teams to create symphony moments for digital production with Universal Kids, NBCUniversal and other UDX initiatives. Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities. Perform other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Individual Contributor.
