As the Social Media & Creators Systems Lead, you will build and operate an AI-powered engine to drive brand discovery and storytelling across the US market. You will design scalable systems that leverage AI to create content and activate creators at high velocity, bypassing traditional agency models to maintain a dominant social presence. Core Responsibilities 1. AI-Native Content & Community Execution: Produce and publish high-velocity content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube using AI-assisted workflows (LLMs, video gen, etc.). Engagement: Manage publishing cadences and foster community via active interaction (comments/DMs). Trend Response: Rapidly translate emerging cultural trends into testable content formats. 2. Automated Creator Ecosystem System Design: Build automated pipelines for sourcing, vetting, and prioritizing creators. Outreach: Use AI to personalize outreach and scale creator activations efficiently. Partnerships: Directly manage creator relationships with a relentless "test-and-learn" mindset. 3. Performance-Driven UGC Paid Media Support: Maintain a high-volume pipeline of UGC assets for paid channels. Strategic Direction: Turn performance data into creative briefs, scripts, and prompts for creators. Agility: Partner with Growth and Creative teams to increase ad-testing velocity. 4. Workflow Optimization Automation: Integrate tools like Dify and automation platforms to eliminate manual tasks. Efficiency: Continuously refine processes for content generation and performance tracking. Who You Are Social Media Expert: Deep experience managing social channels and building creator programs for consumer brands (Wellness, Beauty, or CPG preferred). Platform Native: Extensive knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube ecosystems and US-based creator culture. UGC Savvy: Proven ability to generate high-performing content for both organic storytelling and paid media ads. AI-Enabled: You aren't a developer, but you are an early adopter of AI tools (LLMs, image/video gen) to accelerate your creative output and operations. Strategic & Scrappy: An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and execute rapidly without heavy agency reliance. Why This Role?
