Are you looking for a position with fantastic growth opportunities? Loudr is looking for a full-time Social Media Coordinator! We are looking for someone who not only loves social media, trends, and social strategy but is interested in growing the digital presence of our clients. The Social Media Coordinator will work in the Social Media Department alongside other content coordinators, strategists, designers and department managers to support the social media needs of our clients. Early on, the Social Media Coordinator will confidently take ownership of the social media presence for a number of clients. This includes social strategy, content calendar development, and trendsetting.. Conducting market research to understand the latest trends and staying up to date with social media best practices is an ongoing expectation.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Professional Background: Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a professional setting.
  • Years of Experience: 2–3+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
  • Software Proficiency: SMM Tools: Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
  • Project Management: Asana and Airtable.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills with a knack for creating engaging, informative content.
  • Strategic Analytics: Ability to analyze social media metrics and use data to inform content strategy and recommendations.
  • Platform Mastery: Deep knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and industry best practices.
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to think "outside the box" and develop innovative campaigns.
  • Execution: Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards for quality.

Nice To Haves

  • Specialization: A specialty in a specific area of content creation (preferred).
  • Influencer Relations: Previous experience working with influencers (preferred).
  • Design: Knowledge of basic graphic design principles and tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Write branded and compelling social media captions to increase engagement
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Increase Community Engagement on your client's social media platforms
  • Communicate regularly with the team on social media best practices, trends, content, advertisements and reporting to establish tangible and successful goals that balance engagement and growth
  • Conceptualize, facilitate and manage social media giveaways, influencer partnerships and contests to boost organic engagement and following as assigned
  • Advise departments on industry standards, current trends and platform growth
  • Collect relative social media analytics to create comprehensive organic social media performance reports to improve future marketing strategies as assigned
  • Support the ACD to ensure each client's organic social media strategy is being executed to completion
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Video, Account, to ensure social media content aligns with overall brand messaging and objectives.
  • Responsible for client communication on designated accounts including but not limited to sending schedules, receiving content and advising on best practices and strategy
