About The Position

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Hybrid Social Media Coordinator to manage social media content, scheduling, and engagement analytics. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple social media campaigns efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media coordination or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in government contracting or defense-related communications.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and content management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and respond to comments/messages.
  • Maintain content calendars and posting schedules.
  • Assist in the preparation of social media performance reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and company policies.
  • Help with analytics tracking and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and communications teams.
  • Ensure social media strategies align with company goals and industry standards.
