Requirements

• Previous experience in social media management or a related field (bonus points if you're already a leatherworking enthusiast!).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that would make Shakespeare proud.
• Familiarity with the understanding community and finding industry trends.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• The more, the merrier!
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and graphic design principles (we'll help you level up, promise!).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute a kick-butt social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create and curate engaging, on-brand content that makes our audience go "Woah, that's cool!" and reflects our quirky company values.
• Keep an eye on comments and messages, responding with wit and charm in a timely and professional manner.
• Team up with different departments to gather content and stay in the know about company news, promotions, and events.
• Dive into analytics to track performance, tweak strategies as needed, and discover trends for future content.
• Support the growth of our online community by reposting customer work, fostering connections, and sparking conversations that make people feel like part of the family.
• Assist with photography and videography projects, learning from our talented team members and developing your own skills in the process.
• Understands the role social media plays in business.
