About The Position

The Publicity Coordinator is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the programing and publishing of Warner Bros. Television Social Media accounts based on current priorities. This position will delve deep into the worlds of Scripted, Unscripted and Animation by creating and curating content digitally which includes live event coverage and analytics reporting. This position is fast paced and requires strong copywriting skills and attention to detail. The right candidate will be able to track trends and help predict content successes for each show based on concept and social platform.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of entertainment or digital marketing experience required
  • College degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Comprehensive knowledge of entertainment industry required.
  • Experience effectively working with and successfully building positive relationships with high-profile on-camera talent and producers.
  • Must have strong understanding of social media and be an active participant on leading platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet required.
  • Proficiency with remote working technology (Teams, WebEx, Zoom, Google Hangout, etc.) required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.
  • Must be well organized.
  • Must have the ability to work additional hours as needed.
  • Must possess exemplary organizational skills.
  • Must possess excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to maintain a cheerful disposition in a fast-paced environment and during stressful times.
  • Must be able to review and comprehend detailed documents.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must have good judgment.
  • Must be able and willing to take initiative and to problem solve as appropriate within the scope of responsibilities of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the Warner Bros. TV Social Media handles across multiple platforms; ideating, scheduling and posting content; copy editing; and engaging with our online community
  • Attends and captures events for us to catalog, celebrate, and share our accomplishments as a department and company
  • Conducts interviews with talent, ideating questions and video concepts for us to capture and share
  • Compiles reports on our social performance, analyzing our content to decipher what our audiences respond to best
  • Performs regular administrative tasks, such as note taking, calendar management for our team, and research into both our IP and the evolving social media landscape
  • Performs additional related duties as assigned
