Social Media Coordinator
About The Position
First We Feast—the studio behind Hot Ones, Versus, Heat Eaters, and more—is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to help create, publish, and optimize content across all social platforms. This role will support day-to-day publishing, audience engagement, and trend-driven creative ideation to keep our content in front of the right audiences. Why We’re Hiring This Role In late 2024, we spun out of a parent company; throughout 2025 we completed our transition to an independent, creator-led studio. Now, in 2026, we’re making the biggest investment we’ve ever made in content, including doubling our social team to launch new, talent-driven social formats that drive audience and engagement and are built for brand integration.
Requirements
- At least one year of professional experience managing social media for a brand, publisher, or creator
- An understanding of Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and Snapchat, including platform best practices and emerging features
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere
- Familiarity with First We Feast’s programming, tone, and editorial voice
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
- Passion for food, pop culture, and digital trends
- A record of predicting and surfacing emerging food and cultural trends early
Responsibilities
- Publish content across all First We Feast social channels, including Hot Ones, on Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Snapchat, and more
- Maintain and update a comprehensive social media calendar to ensure consistent posting
- Monitor food news, trending topics, memes, and viral formats to create timely, shareable content
- Act as a community manager by monitoring comments and engaging with fans across platforms
- Create original social assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and native platform tools
- Track, organize, and report on social content performance to help inform future strategy
- Contribute ideas during brainstorms for shows, campaigns, and social-first concepts
- Assist with on-set/on-location content capture as needed.
