We’re looking for a Social Content Specialist with a customer-first mindset to help build, grow, and engage our online community. This role will own day-to-day social content execution while shaping strategy across platforms. You’ll play a key role in amplifying partnerships, supporting experiential activations, engaging directly with customers, and translating insights into actionable opportunities for the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content production
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and content formats—especially short-form video
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and engagement channels simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-first approach
  • Clear, concise communicator who can escalate opportunities or issues effectively
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and functions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and execution of digital campaigns tied to national and local partnerships, including amplification of experiential activations
  • Support social content strategy, planning, and day-to-day execution across all platforms
  • Create and/or source daily content (with a strong focus on video and authentic storytelling) for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels
  • Manage community engagement across multiple platforms and tools, responding to and interacting with customers in real time
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand direction through direct customer interaction and feedback
  • Track, analyze, and report on customer sentiment and trends to inform product and marketing decisions
  • Support and activate non-traditional and emerging platforms (e.g., Reddit, Snapchat, Pinterest)
  • Help build scalable processes and infrastructure for social and community engagement
  • Collaborate on influencer marketing programs from concept through execution
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, retail, and customer service teams to ensure aligned messaging and execution
  • Contribute to blog and content development tied to in-person events and brand storytelling
  • Support reporting, data consolidation, and insight generation across digital marketing channels
