What You'll Do: As a Social Media Content Specialist, you will capture and create authentic on-farm content that fuels our paid ads, social media, and brand storytelling. This role is centered around capturing real, on-farm moments, with flexibility to complete editing, posting, and planning work remotely.

Requirements

  • 0+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or experience within a related field.
  • Ability to collaborate and coordinate with team members and vendors.
  • Strong interest in social media, storytelling, and short-form video content.
  • Comfortable filming with a smartphone and learning basic editing tools.
  • Comfortable being on camera and able to involve internal/external groups in content creation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a proven ability to connect with customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands is a plus.
  • Interest in farming, food, health, or mission-driven brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Captures day-to-day on-farm and special event content to deliver authentic, high-quality narratives that resonate with customers.
  • Films short-form video content for advertisements and social media pages to maximize audience impact.
  • Leverages top-performing ad concepts to create simple, effective content for advertisements and social media presence.
  • Owns and manages day-to-day social media engagement, ensuring timely responses and a consistent brand voice.
  • Plans and executes content pipeline to identify content opportunities.
  • Organizes and manages raw footage to ensure ease of use for internal teams and editors.
  • Captures content with team members, customers, and partners to create authentic, diverse storytelling.
