About The Position

DIGIDECK is a modern sales enablement and presentation platform that helps organizations deliver dynamic, data-driven sales experiences. Our marketing team works closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to bring our product, expertise, and customer stories to life. We are looking for a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist who enjoys producing engaging short-form video, visual content, and B2B social media marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll create high-volume visual content, manage social channels, support events, and help turn our product and thought leadership into compelling, shareable marketing moments.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing, content marketing, or video-first digital marketing (B2B experience preferred)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating short-form video production and visual storytelling
  • Comfortable filming and editing content quickly using phone-based production and basic lighting/audio setups
  • Strong visual instincts for composition, typography, pacing, and brand consistency
  • Experience managing a social media content calendar and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Organized and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Data-informed mindset with the ability to analyze engagement metrics and adjust creative strategy
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, video editing tools, social scheduling platforms, analytics tools, and project management tools like Monday.com.

Responsibilities

  • Produce short-form video content for social media (product moments, expert clips, POV/pain-point content, event highlights, customer-style narratives)
  • Create visual marketing assets including graphics, carousels, GIFs, and simple motion content
  • Repurpose long-form marketing content into short-form social media content (webinars → clips, blogs → carousels, announcements → reels)
  • Maintain and evolve DIGIDECK’s visual brand style while keeping content modern and engaging
  • Own the weekly and monthly social media content calendar including topics, production, approvals, and scheduling
  • Write platform-specific captions and creative hooks optimized for engagement
  • Engage with the community through comments, messages, and social listening
  • Collaborate with internal subject-matter experts to capture interviews, insights, and POV content
  • Promote webinars, conferences, and brand events through coordinated social campaigns
  • Capture content at events when applicable (clips, photos, highlights)
  • Create post-event recap and highlight content that extends the value of events
  • Monitor social media engagement and content performance
  • Identify which content formats and topics are performing best
  • Share insights and help improve the marketing team’s content strategy and social media growth.
