About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Digital Content & Visual Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, driving engagement, and creating viral content across all platforms. This role will also involve hands-on video production, rapid editing, and visual design support for our Pickleball events and marketing initiatives. Experience working with sports or entertainment brands a must! This is a high-impact, all-in-one role with heavy emphasis on total social media management and digital fan engagement , combined with embedded video production and episodic storytelling. This individual is responsible for the digital presence, story-telling and brand identity for a leading professional team and brand in the world's fastest growing sport. T he Digital Content & Visual Media Specialist will own the entire digital presence, including: Full social media strategy and execution Production of (our flagship behind-the-scenes YouTube series) Event-based filming and rapid-turn editing Graphic design and brand asset creation This person is the organizations in-house content engine and a visible representative of the brand.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in digital media with proven success growing social channels (sports/entertainment preferred)
  • Demonstrated engagement and follower growth results
  • Strong documentary-style video production and editing skills
  • Experience producing narrative YouTube content
  • Proficient in filming, editing, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Must reside near Clayton, MO.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel and irregular season hours
  • Highly self-motivated and able to operate independently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sport/ecosystem of pickleball
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles and visual storytelling
  • Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotion strategies

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full social media strategy
  • Produce and edit video content, including live events and promotional materials
  • Design graphics, sales decks, and marketing materials
  • Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results
