The Social Media Content Manager will play a vital role in elevating the brand’s online presence and fostering meaningful audience engagement.

We are seeking a relentless, creative, and hustle-minded Social Media Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. This person is deeply passionate about wellness, obsessed with digital trends, and ready to build something from the ground up. This role requires someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, take initiative, and drive real impact. You’ll work closely with the founding team to lead our social strategy, grow our community, and amplify the Biohack-it voice across all platforms.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in social media and digital content management, preferably in health, wellness, or a related field.
• A builder—someone who wants to grow with the brand and isn’t afraid to hustle.
• Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Final Cut).
• Expertise in creating content on Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong writing skills with an ability to adapt tone for platforms and audiences.
• Passionate about the wellness space and knowledgeable about health, wellness, and biohacking trends.
• Strategic thinker who thrives in collaborative and fast-paced environments.
• Embraces a dynamic, fast-growing podcast company environment with agility, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Maintains strong structure, exceptional time management, and the ability to multitask under pressure, with a calm, solution-oriented approach.

• Preferred graphic design experience.
• Skilled with design of decks, PDF’s and other design aspects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and X, aligned with brand goals and community interests.
• Build and manage a strategic content calendar that incorporates key podcast drops, event moments, and cultural trends.
• Direct and mentor the social media intern to ensure KPIs and performance targets are consistently met.
• Produce visually compelling content using Canva, Adobe Suite, and other creative tools—decks, menus, signage, merch, etc.
• Edit and optimize podcast assets into short-form content that performs on Reels, TikTok, X, and Spotify video.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm shifts to create smart, high-performing content strategies.
• Own and execute influencer collaborations, co-branded content, and sponsored deliverables.
• Identify and leverage viral formats, meme culture, and trending audio to fuel growth and engagement.
• Cultivate a strong, loyal community by responding authentically to DMs, comments, and audience messages.
• Develop value-driven conversations that extend beyond content—create a culture.
• Activate and manage brand ambassadors, wellness influencers, and micro-creators to extend our reach organically.
• Represent the brand with a tone that’s warm, elevated, and mission-driven.
• Develop monthly reports that measure podcast downloads, engagement growth, and campaign ROI.
• Recommend optimizations based on emerging insights and competitive analysis.
• Research market trends and create actionable recommendations to stay at the cutting edge of wellness-driven content.
• Stay informed on platform algorithm updates, ensuring all strategies are optimized for discovery.
• Support senior management with additional tasks and cross-functional collaboration as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
