Responsibilities

Capture photo and video content during services with staff and client consent
Film behind-the-scenes moments, staff introductions, and UGC-style content
Edit short-form video content using CapCut
Design branded graphics using Canva
Add hooks, captions, thumbnails, and text overlays to improve engagement
Help build weekly and monthly content calendars
Draft captions aligned with brand voice and tone
Research trending audios, formats, and content styles in the beauty and med spa space
Track post performance and engagement metrics
Assist with building local influencer lists
Support influencer outreach, event support, and UGC organization
