Eastman is seeking a skilled social media community manager with a passion for building our brand presence on social media and leveraging performance-driven metrics to enhance our brand experience. As the social media community manager, you will leverage a mix of strategic skills and creative thinking with a focus on creating high performing content for our B2B audiences. This involves developing creative concepts and compelling content in partnership with internal teams, managing the brand’s presence across multiple platforms and geographies in a cohesive way, and engaging positively with users on behalf of the brand. This role will leverage data-driven decision-making to best position content, tell compelling stories and use real-time insights to achieve appropriate audience engagement, reach and growth. This requires close collaboration with global marketing teams, cross-functional stakeholders and creativity to ensure a cohesive and effective expression of the brand across all digital touchpoints.
