We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage the daily pulse of our social channels. The ideal candidate lives and breathes social—you’re the kind of person who knows what’s trending before it hits your bestie’s FYP, loves engaging with communities online, and understands how to turn strategy into consistent, on-brand content. This role is perfect for someone with 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency who’s ready to take ownership of platforms, publishing, and community conversations that drive brand engagement and growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social platform and editorial calendar management, content publishing, community management and social listening (agency or brand-side).
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and process-driven mindset with experience managing projects big and small.
  • Proven experience in driving strong brand engagement and visibility through social listening and being in the comments, ideally for a brand on TikTok.
  • Strong creative concepting and storytelling skills, with an eye for what makes content authentic and shareable.
  • Proven success developing original, social-first concepts that connect with audiences and drive measurable impact.
  • Deep understanding of creator culture, short-form storytelling, and evolving social trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across teams.
  • Calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in real time.
  • Passion for music, sports, entertainment, fashion and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Platform & Calendar Management Manage the day-to-day operations of all brand social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn).
  • Collaborate with social strategy and content teams to ensure social presence reflects brand voice and social strategy priorities.
  • Maintain and update the editorial calendar, ensuring alignment across Partnerships, PR, and campaign launches.
  • Content Publishing & Coordination Schedule and post all content across channels using social management tools.
  • Ensure all content is optimized per platform, leveraging best practices in copy, tags and timing.
  • Ensure all photo and video deliverables are complete, formatted and approved for publishing.
  • Develop talent-facing campaign roll-out decks and documents for internal and ambassador alignment.
  • Support campaign roll-outs and real-time content moments, such as experiential events, collabs and ambassador activations.
  • Community Management Engage daily with followers, fans, and creators to foster a positive, authentic brand community.
  • Respond to brand-related questions, comments, brand mentions and DMs in a timely and brand-right manner.
  • Support influencer and ambassador social amplification efforts by monitoring and engaging with their content.
  • Social Listening & Insights Lead social listening to identify trending topics, audience conversations, and cultural moments relevant to the brand.
  • Flag key community insights, engagement trends, and potential brand and content opportunities to the broader team.
  • Track and report on content performance, identifying opportunities to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports summarizing key metrics, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Content and Social Strategy Support branded content strategists with concept development, shoot planning, content execution on set, post-production content reviews, and deliverables review and quality control.
  • Support social strategists with brief development, strategy decks, and implementation of social strategy into practice across our channels.
  • Support creator activations with brief development, content reviews and creator feedback.
