About The Position

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by planning events and creating engaging content? Do you enjoy managing checklists, coordinating logistics, and bringing ideas to life across social media and in-person experiences? Join our Marketing Team as a Social Media and Event Coordinator, where you will help elevate RentVision’s brand presence through LinkedIn content, leadership ghostwriting, and seamless trade show execution.

Requirements

  • Extremely detail-oriented to successfully manage event logistics, timelines, and content calendars.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to coordinate multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Initiative and self-direction to proactively identify needs and execute without constant oversight.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to support leadership ghostwriting and cross-team coordination.
  • Comfort with multiple technology platforms to manage social media tools, project trackers, and event logistics.
  • Ability to adapt to fluctuating workload during trade show seasons and event-heavy periods.
  • Professional presence and interpersonal skills for conference attendance and client interaction.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building or managing social media content calendars is helpful for ramping quickly.
  • Event or trade show coordination experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
  • An aesthetic eye for design to collaborate effectively with the design team.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn content for a brand or leadership team is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Manage RentVision’s LinkedIn presence, including posting content, engaging with the audience, and maintaining a consistent brand voice, as well as ghostwriting social media content for executive and leadership team members.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with blogs, product launches, recruiting initiatives, and company announcements.
  • Repurpose existing content such as podcasts, videos, and blogs into engaging social media snippets and posts.
  • Coordinate trade show logistics from registration through on-site execution, including booth materials, shipping, and setup/teardown.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support event branding, on-site promotions, and conference marketing initiatives.
  • Develop social media guides for trade shows, job postings, and company initiatives to encourage engagement and referrals.
