About The Position

We’re looking for a creative, driven, and execution-minded Social Media & Content Lead to take our established brands to the next level. This role is for someone who has ideas and makes them happen. You’ll own social strategy and content creation across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, managing multiple brands including Logistics, Transportation, Real Estate, & Overlook Events. Each brand has its own personality, audience, and goals—so, we are looking for someone who can balance consistency with differentiation.

Requirements

  • A creative self-starter who takes ownership and runs with opportunities
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok—and what performs on each
  • Sharp eye for detail (visuals, captions, timing, consistency)
  • Confident, comfortable, and natural on camera
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
  • Organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Strong storytelling instincts with a pulse on culture and trends
  • Someone who’s energized by building, growing, and elevating brands
  • A portfolio or social accounts you have personally managed or grown.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Create and manage content calendars for multiple brands simultaneously
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and new formats to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Set goals, track performance, and adjust strategies based on results
  • Concept, create, and publish high-quality content (photo, video, short-form, long-form, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
  • Be comfortable on camera—as a brand personality and/or guiding others to show up naturally and confidently
  • Capture and edit content in real time at the office, events, job sites, and team gatherings
  • Pull out authentic stories and personalities from our leadership and staff
  • Manage posting, engagement, and community interaction across platforms
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and visual standards
  • Juggle multiple brands without missing details, deadlines, or opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and leadership teams
