At Lithia & Driveway, we’re looking for a Social Media Administrator to join our Online Reputation & Brand team—a critical role that ensures our social presence stays connected, compliant, and performing across hundreds of locations. This is the perfect opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to break into social media, digital marketing, or brand operations—and gain exposure to both organic and paid social strategy at scale.

  • Interest in social media, digital marketing, or brand management
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required)
  • 0–1 year of experience in social media or marketing (automotive is a plus, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Manage access to social platforms for vendors, stores, and corporate teams
  • Onboard social media vendors and ensure proper permissions are set up
  • Troubleshoot access issues and reclaim profiles when needed
  • Support acquisitions and divestitures by transferring and organizing social assets
  • Assist with paid social administration (business manager setup, organization, reporting support)
  • Maintain and document platform access, links, and data across systems
  • Partner with internal teams (Marketing, LADTech, dealerships) and external agencies
  • Use tools like Workfront to manage and support social publishing workflows
  • Help organize and set up campaigns within Meta Business Suite and TikTok
