Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience: Professional social media management, digital marketing, or a related strategic role.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to adapt voice across various professional brands.
  • Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of social media (strategy to execution) for multiple clients and brands simultaneously.
  • High-level familiarity with social media management, scheduling, and analytics platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, HubSpot, or similar).
  • While prior knowledge of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) or Construction (AEC) is not required, a desire to learn these industries and translate technical topics into engaging content is essential

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of holistic social media strategies aligned with high-level client business goals and agency standards.
  • Serve as a primary client-facing lead, providing strategic recommendations and gaining client trust through consistent, high-quality results.
  • Direct and maintain comprehensive social media content calendars across a diverse portfolio of multiple clients.
  • Masterfully write, edit, and repurpose client-provided content (such as project updates or industry news) into high-performing, engaging posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Oversee the administration of social media platforms and advanced scheduling/analytics tools.
  • Standardize organized documentation for content calendars, approvals, and performance reporting.
  • Execute complex project plans and ensure social media execution aligns with broader marketing and communications initiatives.
  • Collaborate with account leads, designers, and strategists to ensure seamless execution of all social deliverables.
  • Drive accountability to timelines and commitments, ensuring the team meets high-performance benchmarks.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks or roadblocks, providing solutions to protect delivery and performance.
  • Actively grow into a people leadership role, mentoring junior staff and supporting department-wide initiatives and internal growth.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to monitor content health and overall social media performance.
  • Provide regular, insightful reporting and analysis to account leads and executive leadership.
  • Apply data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies and improve content efficiency.
  • Complete duties as assigned by your manager.
