About The Position

The Social Growth Manager owns the strategy, growth, execution, team leadership, and day-to-day operations of the company’s organic channels. This role is responsible for developing strategies that expand audience reach, increase engagement, and drive measurable growth across our organic social presence. This person must be fully bilingual, able to speak Spanish and English. As an in-office Tampa-based role, this person also supports key on-site responsibilities such as community management, real-time content capture, social live support, response plans for social engagements, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or related field preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish- English) required.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing organic social media, including strategic planning and content development.
  • 2+ years of leadership or team management experience.
  • Expertise in TikTok and short-form video content creation workflows.
  • Experience with Sprout Social (or similar tools) for scheduling, reporting, and analytics.
  • Highly proficient in business posts on social media platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of social media algorithms and platforms.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate or escalate them when appropriate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage the social media team while driving the growth of our organic channels, ensuring high performance, clear communication, and continuous development.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive organic social strategy and monthly content calendar that aligns with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Oversee creation of all organic content, particularly short‑form video for TikTok and Reels, providing direction to the TikTok Video Editor and Senior TikTok Specialist.
  • Support and execute in‑office social needs, including real‑time content capture, participation in social livestreams, and on‑site creative collaboration.
  • Partner with the Social Media Specialist to manage Sprout Social scheduling, reporting, and analytics, ensuring content is optimized for performance.
  • Establish and track social KPIs, leveraging analytics to provide insights, improve performance, and refine strategy.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Creative, Demand Gen, Customer Service, and Sales to ensure social content and engagement support broader brand and customer goals.
  • Research and monitor social media trends, platform best practices, and cultural moments relevant to the brand, bringing recommendations forward and leading necessary adjustments for overall growth of the channels.
  • Serve as a brand steward by overseeing content quality, ensuring consistency in voice and messaging, and mitigating potential risks across all platforms.
