About The Position

We're seeking a talented Social Content Strategy Analyst to join our Brand Communication department and manage Pizza Hut's organic social channels. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a content calendar that balances promotional campaigns with evergreen content, ensuring a strong brand presence. You'll work closely with the Social Content Strategy Manager to execute the brand strategy and maintain a consistent look and feel across all social platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to elevate Pizza Hut's social media game and make a significant impact on the brand's cultural relevance.

Requirements

  • You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
  • 4+ years of experience in social media strategy or content planning, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of organic social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook.
  • Proficiency in organic social media reporting tools such as Sprout and Google Analytics, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Skill in translating brand strategy into actionable content plans, ensuring a seamless connection between brand vision and social media execution.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a keen understanding of cultural trends and the ability to generate fresh ideas.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with external agency partners and managing creative briefs.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media performance data to drive content optimization.
  • A passion for social media and a desire to stay updated with the latest industry developments.

Responsibilities

  • Own and safeguard the organic social brand strategy, ensuring all content aligns with the established strategic playbook and long-term brand vision.
  • Translate the social brand strategy into clear content priorities and oversee execution, maintaining brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Develop and manage the organic social calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content, including promotions and seasonal campaigns.
  • Balance window topics with evergreen content to reinforce brand identity and create a consistent online presence.
  • Generate breakthrough ideas to enhance Pizza Hut's social media presence and cultural relevance, staying ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with paid social, creative, and CRM teams to create integrated campaigns and ensure a seamless brand experience.
  • Manage external agency partners, lead weekly status meetings, and create creative briefs for calendar window topics.
  • Monitor social media performance, analyze trends and sentiment, and provide actionable business insights to optimize content strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and innovations, ensuring Pizza Hut remains at the forefront of the industry.
