About The Position

As a Social & Content Manager, you will lead the strategy, creation, and execution of social media and content initiatives across multiple consumer-focused products. You will own the brand voice, content ecosystem, and performance strategy across organic, paid, and earned media, ensuring cohesive storytelling and engagement. This role blends creativity, analytics, and operational rigor, requiring close collaboration with marketing, product, e-commerce, and leadership teams. You will shape content calendars, manage digital platforms, optimize paid campaigns, and drive community engagement while establishing standards and workflows for scalable content production. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in social media, content strategy, or brand storytelling, ideally in consumer-focused or DTC brands.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute social strategies that drive engagement, growth, and business impact.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social campaigns and data-driven optimization.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms and managing digital content across multiple channels.
  • Exceptional written and visual storytelling skills, with experience using modern creative tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands, calendars, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
