Kitsch is looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Senior Social & Content Manager to lead and evolve our social media and content efforts across platforms. This role is instrumental in shaping how our brand shows up in the world—driving engagement, growing community, and supporting product launches through compelling, data-informed social strategies. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, influencer and community marketing, and performance measurement. You are highly organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while building strong relationships with creators, partners, and internal teams. To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter who can develop big-picture strategies while executing with strong attention to detail.
