We believe that everyone should feel confident when purchasing our products, no matter your hair type, style, or budget.​​ Kitsch is looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Senior Social & Content Manager to lead and evolve our social media and content efforts across platforms. This role is instrumental in shaping how our brand shows up in the world—driving engagement, growing community, and supporting product launches through compelling, data-informed social strategies. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, influencer and community marketing, and performance measurement. You are highly organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while building strong relationships with creators, partners, and internal teams. To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter who can develop big-picture strategies while executing with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing (consumer brand experience preferred).
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience managing influencer and creator partnerships, including micro-influencer programs.
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic social media planning and execution.
  • Strong understanding of content creation, storytelling, and brand voice.
  • Data analysis and performance optimization.
  • Influencer, creator, and community relationship management.
  • Trend forecasting and platform expertise.
  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing social media marketing campaigns by creating strategies based on data analysis, target group research, and competitor research.
  • Keeping up with current trends in the industry.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with content creators to ensure the quality of content.
  • Analyzing data to measure the success of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to improve performance.
  • Developing social media marketing strategies for new products.
  • Maintaining relationships with content creators, interns, and PR by providing them with information about new products or services that may be of interest to them.
  • Developing and scaling new micro-influencer and community programs.
