Our brand is already known for bold out-of-home and irreverent stunts. Now, we’re building a social content engine that matches that same energy online, and we’re looking for a Content Creator to help. You’re a creator and an executioner: someone who takes an existing concept and makes it real. You will wear many hats — director, shooter, editor, designer — and thrive in bringing ideas to life.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio that shows taste, wit, and the ability to make content people want to watch.
  • Proven video editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, or similar), with a sharp sense of timing and tone.
  • Deep understanding of platform nuances (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts) and how to tailor content.
  • Ability to lean into irreverence, absurdity, and deadpan humor — with good judgment on where to draw the line.
  • Strong visual sensibility with an eye for lighting, framing, and performance.
  • Comfortable working independently, juggling multiple projects, and driving ideas forward.
  • NYC-based and comfortable shooting in/around the office and city.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the pre-production, and post-production process for social-first content with the guidance of your manager, who will provide input and support.
  • Provide art direction when shooting, on set, or while designing assets.
  • Shoot social-first content with iPhone; experience with larger professional equipment is a major plus.
  • Edit videos with strong technical skill using professional editing software (beyond CapCut).
  • Design and create social assets ranging from scrappy memes to higher-fidelity visuals.
  • Concept social-first content — from one-off videos to evergreen series — that feels native to platforms.
  • Track and jump on internet trends, finding smart, irreverent ways to insert the brand into conversation
