Mission of the Role The mission of the Social Content & Community Creator is to help Curology move faster, stand out, and stay culturally fluent across social platforms—building a distinctive, high-impact presence that sparks conversation, engagement, and brand love. Reporting to the Creative and Strategic Lead, this role will combine hands-on content creation with real-time community engagement. The Social Content & Community Creator will identify emerging trends, pitch fresh ideas, create social-first content, engage directly with audiences and creators, and support larger influencer and campaign initiatives with agile execution. Success in this role means elevating Curology’s voice across TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging platforms—driving both relevance and measurable performance.
