Fireflies.ai is growing fast, and a big part of that growth comes from how well we explain our product and the value we create for users. We’re looking for someone who can be a product evangelist — someone who can turn what we build into stories that stick, educate, and spark conversations across our social channels. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, social media, and community building. You’ll take everything we ship — new features, improvements, use cases, GTMs — and translate it into content that helps users understand what’s possible with Fireflies. Think of it as product education with personality. You’ll collaborate with Product marketers, Product managers, the Partnerships team, and Design to ensure our social presence reflects the depth of the product and the excitement around what we’re building.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in a SaaS environment in social media, community, or product marketing roles.
  • Strong writing skills — able to simplify features and communicate without jargon.
  • Someone naturally curious about products and good at understanding how things work.
  • Deep understanding of online trends and how to adapt them for a product-led brand.
  • Organized, hands-on, and able to run multiple initiatives end-to-end.
  • Creative + analytical — comfortable mixing storytelling with performance-driven thinking.

  • Able to use AI tools for content creation, repurpose assets, and experiment with new formats.

Responsibilities

  • Product Storytelling & Launch Support
  • Learn the product deeply and explain features in simple, engaging ways.
  • Work with Product Marketing Managers, product managers, and partnerships to build narratives around launches, updates, and product moments.
  • Turn product messaging into platform-ready formats — posts, reels, carousels, threads, shorts, etc.
  • Maintain a steady rhythm of product-focused stories that drive awareness and adoption.
  • Repurpose content from webinars, customer interviews, AMAs, and training sessions into social-friendly formats.
  • Social Presence & Community Engagement
  • Manage and grow Fireflies’ presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Build a consistent content flow that showcases product value, customer wins, and real use cases.
  • Engage with community members — answer product questions, nurture discussions, and keep conversations active.
  • Run community-driven moments and support users who actively share their Fireflies experiences.
  • Work with integration partners on co-marketing initiatives to amplify mutual launches and content.
  • Insights & Tracking
  • Track performance across channels and share learnings to improve future content.
  • Identify what formats best explain product value and replicate what works.
  • Monitor competitor and industry trends to stay ahead of conversations in the AI + SaaS ecosystem.
