About The Position

We are seeking a Social + Influencer Marketing Intern (Fossil Brand) to join our Time to Shine Internship Program at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX. This paid, hands-on role is ideal for someone plugged into social trends and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, content-driven brand environment. You’ll gain exposure to social strategy, influencer partnerships, and content development while helping drive cultural relevance for the Fossil Brand.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, Business, or a related field
• At least 18 years old by the start of the program
• Excited to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and influencer culture (required)
• Passionate about branding, storytelling, and consumer experience
• Interested in fashion, lifestyle, and brand storytelling
• Creative, organized, and proactive with strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience creating content; basic video editing skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Support social content ideation, planning, and light copywriting
• Monitor TikTok, Instagram, and emerging trends; pitch timely ideas
• Research and identify influencers; support outreach and coordination
• Assist with product seeding, campaign tracking, and recap reporting
• Monitor community sentiment and support engagement opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to presentations and projects
• Participate in mentorship, workshops, and a final capstone presentation
