The Machine Operator III is a senior-level performs complex machine operations with a high degree of technical skills including complex setups and adjustments, quality control, real time optimization, routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards and component identification.
Ability to follow detailed written instructions and work with hand tools.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and shut down assigned equipment in accordance with established procedures.
Perform basic programming and preventive maintenance tasks; maintain accurate logs and documentation.
Ensure all products meet quality specifications and production schedules.
Notify the Machine Group Leader of any quality issues or deviations.
Profile Wave equipment to achieve proper reflow performance.
Handle and dispose of dross from leaded and non-leaded solder in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Maintain fixtures and perform routine fixture maintenance.
