About The Position

The SMT Operator operates Panasonic SMT lines. This position works from specific instructions, diagrams, or models; inspects machining operations and finished product against specified tolerances using precision measuring tools. Determines and corrects minor machine malfunctions.

Requirements

• IPC SMT solder ability requirements.
• SMT equipment operation.
• Understand and execute valor work instructions.
• Communication; interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, the general public, etc. sufficient to exchange or convey information and to receive work direction.
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
• 4 years or more experience in electronics manufacturing environment.
• Prior SMT experience or demonstrated learning ability.
• Working knowledge of shop mathematics is necessary.
• Read, write and understand English language.

Nice To Haves

• 4 Years or more of SMT machine operating experience.
