About The Position

DMI, LLC is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Computer and Information Systems Management to join us The Subject Matter Expert in Computer and Information Systems Management serves as a recognized authority in the planning, governance, and strategic direction of large-scale IT programs within federal and enterprise environments. In this capacity, the SME provides senior advisory support to TSA leadership and program management teams, drawing on deep expertise in IT program lifecycle management, investment planning, and organizational alignment of technology resources. The individual is expected to shape programmatic strategy, resolve complex cross-functional issues, and provide authoritative guidance on approaches to IT governance, vendor management, and contract execution within the TALON BPA framework. The SME in this role leads resolution of the most complex program management challenges arising across the concurrent portfolio of approximately 40 engineering projects, providing mentorship to senior managers and ensuring that program management practices align with TSA’s IT strategic mission goals. The individual contributes to the development and continuous improvement of the Resource-Loaded Integrated Master Schedule, supports CPARS self-assessment processes, and provides expert input to TSA Contracting Officers and CORs on performance and risk. The SME also serves as a key point of escalation for issues involving O&M contractor coordination and transition planning.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 9 years of progressive IT program and systems management experience is required, with a demonstrated track record of leading large, complex technology programs in federal environments.
  • Deep familiarity with FAR Part 8.4 BPA structures, GSA MAS contracting, FISMA governance, and DHS IT management frameworks is expected.
  • All personnel must be U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents with the ability to obtain TSA fitness determination and PIV card
  • Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
