About The Position

Plunge is a rapidly growing health and wellness brand focused on delivering innovative cold plunges and saunas that help people feel their best and “find their edge.” We design and manufacture our products with a focus on quality, reliability, and exceptional customer experience, supporting both residential and commercial customers around the world. The SMB Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth within the small and medium-sized business segment. This role focuses on building and managing a high-quality pipeline, nurturing leads, closing deals, and consistently hitting quarterly and annual sales targets. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and skilled at consultative sales- guiding prospects through a smooth and educational buying experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified SMB prospects
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close
  • Meet or exceed quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups with all inbound and outbound leads
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene
  • Provide timely, professional responses to prospects via phone, email, text, and other channels
  • Educate and consult customers on Plunge products, usage best practices, installation considerations, and purchasing expectations
  • Set clear and accurate expectations to ensure a seamless buying experience
  • Guide customers through product selection based on their business needs
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of a world-class SMB sales process
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize systems, tools, scripts, and workflows
  • Share insights and best practices with teammates to elevate overall performance
  • Help build internal resources such as playbooks, knowledge bases, and process documentation
  • Master internal systems for workflow management, quoting, and order processing
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure smooth handoffs and an excellent customer journey
  • Surface feedback and insights from customer conversations to improve product, positioning, and strategy
