We are growing our Cloud Sales Center team to help more companies make the move to AWS, and achieve their business outcomes. A day in the life The Cloud Sales Representative is responsible for growing consumption of current and new AWS services. The ideal candidate will apply their sales and technical experience to proactively engage with customers to harness the power of cloud technology to meet the customer's business objectives. A successful candidate will generate and maintain active engagements with customers and prospects, as well as consistently meet and exceed sales quotas. Requirements

  • Experience in technical sales for B2B or in solution-sales / technology-related environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building new customer relationships, closing sales and generating revenue
  • Experience communicating to senior management and customers verbally and in writing
  • Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Experience managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • AWS certification, such as, AWS Solutions Architect, or a similar cloud certification, or Associate's degree or above
