Requirements

  • 3+ years hands‑on AWS administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of core AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, RDS)
  • Experience with AWS cost management and optimization
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools
  • Scripting and automation experience
  • Understanding of cloud security and IAM best practices
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps concepts

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AWS data services (Glue, Redshift, Lake Formation, Athena, EMR)
  • Exposure to AWS AI/ML services (Bedrock, SageMaker)
  • FinOps experience
  • Containerization (ECS, EKS, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Serverless and event‑driven architectures
  • Networking (VPC design, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect)
  • Experience in regulated industries

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize AWS compute, storage, networking, and platform services
  • Manage IAM, security configurations, and compliance controls
  • Lead AWS cost optimization, including tagging, rightsizing, and Savings Plans
  • Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK
  • Automate operations with Python, Bash, AWS CLI, and Lambda
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Maintain data lake infrastructure and S3 lifecycle policies
  • Provision and support AWS AI/ML services such as Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker
  • Partner with Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and Security teams
  • Support backup, disaster recovery, and incident response
