About The Position

The Small Shipping Specialist is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while providing in‑person order fulfillment support in the warehouse. This role ensures orders are prepared correctly, delivered efficiently, and handled safely, contributing to a positive customer experience and smooth daily operations across departments.

Our Missouri warehouse has an immediate opening for a full-time, 1st shift position which will include a rotating Saturday work requirement.

Successful applicants will have excellent, proven, material handling skills and thrive in a fast-paced working environment. This position requires a high degree of safety, accuracy, and productivity to ensure that our customers receive the excellent customer service they have learned to expect from Grizzly Industrial.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Forklift driving, shipping, receiving, and picking/packing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and shipping orders
• Picking and delivering orders to customers in the showroom

• Perform miscellaneous projects and work in other departments per company need
