Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable using a computer (spreadsheets, word processing, data entry)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage varying priorities
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of shipping/receiving experience (preferred)
- Forklift experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Prepare & Ship Orders
- Accurately fulfill dealer orders following established shipping processes
- Consistently achieve weekly performance metrics
- Assemble Products
- Assemble hydraulic and specialty orders as needed
- Quality Control
- Minimize internal and external shipping errors
- Ensure outbound shipments are properly built, packaged, and protected
- Housekeeping & Safety
- Follow all company safety policies
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse by completing daily cleaning plans
