About The Position

Small Packaging Lead - Job Description WHAT YOU’LL DO Overseeing and monitoring quality, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency Support and assist Shipping lead with outgoing shipments, planning routes, and processing shipments for on-time Delivery Working in conformity with Advance Displays policies and procedures and all shipping related process and workflow Assist with the special projects and rollouts Fulfill orders and prepare for shipment Loading and unloading of shipments Prepare packages for safe secure shipment Pick, pack, wrap, label and load orders accurately and efficiently to meet shipping demands. Use computer and software tools to manage shipments related to shipping process Maintain a clean work area and adhere to company safety standards Operate warehouse equipment such as powered pallet jacks, forklifts, and saws safely. Assist in loading and unloading shipments to ensure timely distribution of products. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Work well in team environment Self-starter Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) Familiarity with shipping systems and carrier platforms Preferred Forklift certifications (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck) preferred. Requirements

Ability to lift safely and efficiently 30 lbs.
Work well in team environment
Self-starter
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
Familiarity with shipping systems and carrier platforms

Nice To Haves

Forklift certifications (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck) preferred.
