We are looking for an analytically rigorous sales leader to own retention, expansion, and marketplace performance of Artsy’s Small Accounts segment of our Galleries Business. This leader will combine strong people leadership with deep business acumen. They will be responsible for building and iterating on an effective operating system that drives retention and growth, coaching a team of account executives, and personally engaging in high-impact renewal, churn-risk, and expansion conversations when necessary. This is a critical role to scaling Artsy’s revenue efficiently while delivering high-quality, consultative sales experiences to our gallery partners. You will shape how we retain and grow to serve thousands of small and emerging galleries globally.
