Oversees Slot Operations to ensure proper procedures are being followed in accordance with company policy.Supervise, hire, schedule, train, evaluate, coach and counsel Slot Department personnel.Utilize professional human relationship skills to select, develop and motivate staff. Ensures staff is friendly and engaging to develop lasting relationships with our guests and build brand loyalty.Ensures that the assets on the floor are well maintained, appear fresh and inviting to the guestsResolves customer disputes arising in the Slot Department.Submits Internal Control revisions to streamline Slot Operations. Works with Internal Audit on issues that arise in the dept.Maintains knowledge of competitors in the marketplace and visits them regularly.Evaluates and participate in the approval of customer credit.Assists the Regional Director/ Director of Slots in preparation of the departmental budget and attends Leadership meetings/functions in his/her absence.Performs slot department operations analyses; to include service times, Responsible for driving Player club sign-ups as well as holding staff accountable for same. Participates in comp management and other related functions.Attends and represents the Slot Department at player related functions.Schedules a portion of each shift to canvas the slot floor to develop and maintain relationships with our players.Must maintain knowledge and stay current related to hotel and company promotions and assists in promoting the B-connected program.Must be able to utilize the 360/Viz Explorer Tools on an as needed basis
