Requirements
- Valid Louisiana driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must obtain and maintain a Video Poker Tech 2 Certification
- Ability to lift and move gaming equipment
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Must pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities
- Service, diagnose, and repair slot and video poker machines
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative checks
- Troubleshoot electronic and mechanical issues quickly and accurately
- Install, move, and configure gaming machines and related equipment
- Maintain accurate service logs, parts tracking, and repair documentation
- Work closely with operations to minimize downtime and keep games live
