About The Position

The Slot Technician performs maintenance, repairs, and technical support on electronic gaming devices and related systems, including the Slot Monitoring System. This role ensures machines operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies and gaming regulations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma required
• Equivalent experience related to the nature of the position preferred
• Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret written and oral instructions
• Strong communication skills with internal and external guests
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and commissions, applying fractions, percentages, measurements, proportions, and problem-solving to practical situations
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Must be able to lift and push more than 50 lbs. and carry up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain electronic gaming devices, including the Slot Monitoring System
• Perform slot machine installations, relocations, and conversions
• Conduct routine maintenance and system upgrades on electronic gaming devices
• Attend departmental and company meetings as required
