Join our Housekeeping Team to provide a clean and safe entertainment facility for our external and internal customers. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Handle machine related customer issues in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. Install, move, test, repair, and maintain slots and electronic / electro-mechanical components, sub-systems, and systems. Review, interpret, and verify slot paytables, settings, and jackpots of established amounts. Troubleshoot and repair slots and other equipment / systems in order to minimize down time and maximize profitability of the gaming operation. Independently and / or cooperatively perform advanced tasks including but not limited to RAM clears, setup / configuration of software, progressive system(s) hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting. Maintain proper documentation on department gaming logs. Perform preventative maintenance on Slot machines. Interpret accounting / communications system information as related to proper machine functionality. Assist in the ongoing training and development of guest floor attendants and other employees. Maintain security of keys and company assets. Perform assigned tasks in compliance with applicable State regulations. All other duties assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- 1+ years of previous slot technician experience preferred.
- Electronics experience
- Must be able to lead by example.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
- Must have keen attention to detail.
- Must have strong team work skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to work flexible hours to include night, weekends and holidays.
- May be required to assist customers in an open, well-ventilated, semi-enclosed terrace where cigarette and cigar smoking is permitted.
- Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check.
- Must pass drug testing as per company's Drug Free Workplace Policy and applicable background checks.
