About The Position

We are looking for a Slot Shift Tech Supervisor to join our team. This person will report to the Director of Slots and Players Club

Requirements

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum (1) year in public area cleaning.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid PA Drivers License
• Must be able to be approved and maintain licensure by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board gaming.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Able to perform repetitive motion tasks.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation, maintenance and overall performance of slot machines and associated equipment on a shift basis.
• Supervises slot technicians directly and ensures that slot performance is at an optimal level through established policies and procedures.
• Advanced troubleshooting of all technical problems as required.
• Assist with the Slot Operations team when needed and may witness jackpot payouts but is not tip eligible.
• Responsible for supervising and managing staff in the Slots Tech department.
• Develops, implements, and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.
• Create effective and efficient schedules, while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives and achieving guest satisfaction.
• Responsible for assisting in the budget process for the department and providing recommendations; ensuring compliance to departmental budget initiatives; reporting budget concerns to Slot Tech Manager.
