Supervise Slot department personnel during assigned shift. Ensure the security and accountability of slot funds. Review and evaluate personnel and ensure all policies and procedures are followed in accordance with Company policies and procedures and applicable gaming regulations. Supervise, instruct, and evaluate slot service personnel in the proper performance of job duties. Respond to and resolve customer disputes / complaints. Perform minor repairs to gaming devices, including but not limited to clearing jams, resetting machines, and verifying jackpots. Accurately complete written department forms and records detailing payment of jackpots, cash coin transactions, machine malfunctions, etc. in a timely manner. Investigate and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and implement work schedule in response to business demands. Maintain secure key controls at all times. Develop, apply, and maintain a friendly, courteous rapport with customers and employees. Effectively communicate by two-way radio. Other duties as assigned
